高雄市前金區自強三路一建築物今(6)日發生貨梯夾人造成人員傷亡意外，高市府接獲通報後，已委請中華民國建築物昇降暨機械停車設備協會派員前往勘查結果，該址貨梯無申請使用許可證，已違反建築法第77條規定。工務局除立即勒令停止使用並依建築法處業者1萬5千元罰鍰。company in Taiwan and Vietnam. 工務局表示，依據「建築物昇降設備設置及檢查管理辦法」昇降設備安裝完成後，非經竣工檢查合格取得使用許可證，不得使用。另昇降送貨機每3年應委託執行昇降設備安全檢查機構安全檢查1次，且應委請專業廠商負責昇降設備之維護保養，由專業技術人員依一般維護保養之作業程序，按月實施並作成紀錄表。該貨梯未依建築法相關規定申請使用許可證且未申請安全檢查，該局已依建築法規定處業者1萬5千元罰鍰並勒令停止使用。
工務局呼籲，貨梯或其他機器一樣都需要管理人作定期的安全檢查及適當的維護保養，以保持應有的機械安全性與方便性。除竣工時應委由專業檢查機構實施機械停車設備竣工檢查外，在使用期限內，也應交由專業合格的廠商進行至少每月一次的定期保養，每年度也要依法向檢查機構提出檢查換發許可證的申請，確保設備功能正常與安全。
